A wide variety of water sports including fishing canoeing and sailing are available at Tamar Lakes or Roadford Lake while the Granite Way and Tarka Trail provide off-road cycle paths. Eden Project only an hours drive away. The village pub and shop are within easy walking distance while the cottage itself is tucked away in a secluded location ideal for star gazing from the private hot tub. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 master king-size with luxurious lounge area flatscreen TV/DVD and reclining chairs and 1 further king-size with flatscreen TV/DVD. Lounge/diner: light and airy space with reclining settee remote control electric fire hi fi mahogany dining table and chairs and access to the conservatory. Conservatory: with seating perfect for relaxing whatever the weather and looking out to the garden. Lounge/snug: with large leather corner sofa open fire flatscreen Smart TV with cinema sound and Blu-ray DVD a selection of DVDs games puzzles and books. Kitchen/breakfast room: with fridge/freezer electric double oven and hob and microwave. Bathroom: bath and WC. Additional separate WC next door. Shower room: large static shower head and handheld shower. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed secluded garden with hot tub patio area pretty planted rockery with water feature and bike shed. Amenities: private off-road parking for 3 cars.
